Help needed with rewinding live play

Hello folks, a family member has blackhole but they live a long way from me. The proble is, they are have trouble rewinding in live play. Can anyone give me instruction how to set it up? I am on vix so am no use to her.

They will need a hdd installed in there box and then Permanent Timeshift Plugin from the BH addon's server.
