Help Needed !?!?!?!?

Hi All,

My VU+ Duo box is not responding straight away. All buttons will respond once and when you press again they will not respond unless you press a different button before pressing them again

For example, when I am zapping thorough channels the button will only respond once and I have to press the volume button once before I can zap through another channel.

But If I continue to press the same button it will skip 2 or 3 channels before it stops again.

Can anyone help me on this please?

Check remote control batteries.
