help require to set up mytube on vu+duo

i have flashed vu+ with BH 1.7.1 image which i like a lot.but i am having slight problem with set up.
1- i like to know what is the best way to back the whole image up from menu? as i got 1tb hard drive in it and as in menu it got first 2 option to choose which i d,nt know what to choose?

2-when i tried to open mytube it keep searching and then get errer saying that feed errer.
any solution to make mytube to run?

i have test my broadband and it got 7 to 9mb download speed so i cant realy think its internet slowness issue?

i personally like to run my tube smothly.
