help setting my vu+

Hi Members

Could some give me a help hand for :
1- flash my box with the new image 1.7.6
2- Get the image 1.7.6 from a trusted server
3- let me have a tool that lets me have server configuration that is inside my box

i've done a backup of my box
it was done on 2 folders : enigma 2 and tuxbox
i need to know where can i get infomation about my servers
then how could i read the log to know why my box has crached

I really do not understand what U looking for!
Read the rules, No discussion about emus,keys and servers,,,etc!

The Board Admin may ban U next time, so be careful!

Anyway,am from the Arabian Gulf....!
