Help! Vu duo 4k + unicable 2

Hi,

Having a vu duo 4k and 2 sat positions I have purchased the new unicable 2 lnb (IDLU-32L412-UNBRR-OPN) Had them programmed and received them.

Have replaced the normal ones (were working with a diseqc) wirh the new ones using a combiner (as recommended by shop).

Still can seem to pickup signal on neither of them.

Any help?

Can you please post your dish setup, and what satellites you're aligned to.
Which image, are you using, on your receiver?
Can you leave out the combination switch, and try a direct connection, from your LNB to your receiver, testing one at a time?

Hi

I have blackhole 3.1.0 and using a combiner IDLU-UCM1O2-OOO2O-OPB.

I have tried connect only one lnb but under the unicable menu can't select the model I have (it does not appear)!

So I select universal unicable and the screen 10 under Jess EN50607.

I have Astra 19.2 and Hotbird 13 dishes

Your tuner configuration doesn't look correct, especially the transponder settings, but then again I've never used a Unicable LNB.
I would still try one cable at a time, without the combiner, and do a basic settings first, single satellite, 19.2E, or 13E, then check the signal quality, in tuner settings options, or scan the satellite.
