[help] Vu+ Ultimo 4k - no more OBH online updates since three months

I thought it was possible to upgrade online, so do I have to flash and reconfigure from scratch? Or is there a method to backup configuration and reapply it once flash is done?
 
Sorry stupid question, there is a simple Backup button in the home menù, I hope everything goes well, thanks for your support anyway
