help: vu uno not getting any signal

Hello:

I moved to a new a apartment last week ... i have a Vu+uno who used to work great with astra , but im having some probles making it run again from this new location... which is free of obstables...

Ive changed cable , conectors , even the lnb... but NO channels are detected... i aligned antena using satfinder with a gps smartphone.... i have done this several times ... but no good results this time...

I even flashed the UNO with a new image....

im seriously considering that my tuner is dead: when i look into the satfinder menu (signal levels): SNR =0% all the time , AGC = 43% with spikes (70%) and BER=0% all the time...

Any ideas? hints ?

I think the box works correctly on the old home, must work in the new one.
Verify dish alignment: I think the problem should be in that component.

have you already tried with the sat finder option that you find in the menu?
I suggest you to load a setting....vhannibal for example and then try again...
