Help with backup line

Hope this is in the right place.
I reflashed box today, got it all working.
I have two lines as one used to break up a lot of the time. I have noticed with this version of bh it only shows one line in the ts panel (menu/*******/softcams) and it won't allow me, in that menu to press the yellow button (ecm/***** info) to check both lines.
Has anyone else come across this problem and solved it.
