Help With BlackHole Wrong Image Found In Flash.

I'm very new to this Vu+Solo 2 box and had it flashed at source in Hoddesdon by an official Vu+ supplier with BlackHole image. Every thing good until now when I find that when I want to activate a Cam from say ****** to ***** it comes up "Wrong Image Found In Flash. You Have To Instal
the BlackHole Image in Flash 2.0.9."
Any cure for this other than a Reflash.
