Help with Cms IPTV plugin

Hi. Is possible run this plugin on black hole? It normally work on openpli image but black hole is the best!!!
 
No error. I install this plugin manually. In usr/lib/ecc there is a file named navigation. If i add this file in a manual install dec reboot to infinite. If i delete this fil plugin conpare in list but when i select iptv channel nothing start
