Help with DUO 2 clock

My DUO2 which is running Blackhole 3.0.9C recently shows a problem of the clock time (about 10 mininutes slower than the correct time). It seems not reading the time from the time server. Any suggestions, please help !
 
Connect in Telnet with Putty and (just an example) to set as 11/02/2017 and 16:30 give the command:
date -s 201711021630

BH has no timeserver: it gets the time and date from transponders, usually from the one set as Channel 1 in your bouquet.
