Help with DVD BURN

Hi all. I have istalled a usb dvd burner but have not yet been successful burning a dvd ( plays region free ok0 But not purchased dvds)
Question 1 do I have to set up a region.
Question 2 how do I burn a dvd. All I get is either a message telling me image could not be found or tools not installed.

Hi. I installed as above, But now recieve the message a required tool (png2yuv) was not found. This is followed by failed Python imaging.
Any ideas please.
