help with Movie Tools

Hi everyone, next problem:

I think I installed the Movie tools plugin, but can't see it anywhere.

I read this thread:

but I don't understand what is meant by press "R" on the remote control. Is this done in the plugin? (which I can't find) or in the media player?

Any help appreciated.

The R button is on your remote on the right side of the Menu button.
It's the button used to show the recordings list.
