HELP with picons

Vu+ Newbie
Tried for 2 days get picons on the screen of my vu+ duo2 please help anyone or it goes out the window

if u have a hard drive fitted put the picon folder on that.

The folder must be called picon and inside u will have all your picons.

the folder must be called picon and have no other folders inside only your picons with the service ref names..

If u don't have a hard drive put the picon folder in

Use, share, enigma2, I think...
 
Why?
Normallying when u download the picons u normally get a choice hard drive or usb.

When using a duo2 I can't see why u would use usb if u have a hard drive Built in.

Maybe worth putting hard drive picons on your server.
 
Thanks for your help in the end i stumbled across an addon in black hole picons packages in ADDONS manager named Blackshadow3.nab but in BH picons packages is called picon HD Black mmcmedia28.2 [black hole E2]
this has installed full size picons on my LCD which look great.
Now im struggling with EPG on cool guide not populating whats on few channels populate not all
