Help with tuner configaration

I have a vu+duo and only recently have i bought a twin lnb and twin cables. What do I set tuner B to because at the moment it is set at loop through to tuner A but I cannot move the dish to another satellite when the 2nd coax cable is plugged in. If I unplug it the the dish will move. I dont know how to set tuner B. Any help will be great. Thanks
 
That still wont work and the stb crashed. Now I have no epg. When i tried to reload it the screen showed a crossepg error, cant find epg.dat
