Vu+ Newbie


I have VUduo with blackhole 1.6.2 final image.when i change channels to some channels for example (RTM3 Arryadia on hotbird ) it stuck on the channel ,the waiting signal appears and it is no longer possible to change the channel. i donot get the green screen and the box does not restart. in order to change channel i have to swich off the box from main swich.The signal quality is good.I have even disconnect my usb HDD , but the problem exist.I would be very thankfull if you have any suggestion. I had previously VIX image, i hadnt such problem , but i wasnt satisfy with the picture quality.the picture quality of black hole image is great. i do not want to change to another image.

I have rescaned but the problem exist.I have even reflashed the image, but the problem exist.May be it is because weak signal on some channel.Any suggestion is apprechiated. Tanks in advance.
 
I think

you have to investigate satellite dish installation and cables.

Are you really sure that you have this problem only with our image ?
In our image there is nothing that could cause this problem.
You can try BH 1.6.3

i will try BH 1.6.3
i dont think either it is BH image problem. it could be because weak signal on some channels.however i will invistigate and report the result.

The problem is solved. i have adjusted the dish, get better signal, restart the box and the problem solved. I had the same problem on my old DM600.i would like to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH for all who tried to help me.the best forum by far i have expeienced.
