hey Guys,

I'm an absolute newbie and hopeless with technology. I'm at a holiday house in Latvia, it has a zero...there was some connection problem (channels wouldn't work anymore - owner said it was a service issue) and long story short... I did a factory reset!!!

Please help I'm completely stuck I've gone to the tuner section and tried a few scans with different settings but no luck!

Your question is a bit... unprecise, but I try to guess. What is the result you expected?
VU+ does not have just a single list of channels which are numbered immediately after you perform a search. You can find thousand of channel and THEN you have to create at least one BOUQUET. The channels added to the bouquets are numbered.
