Hi to all!
New to VU+ and ready to learn
Just bought a Duo2 with dual DVB-C to use as a home PVR in Spain.
I took it out of the box installed a 8TB drive and run the setup wizard without problems.

I am looking for some help on where to start reading.
Looking for directions on simple questions before breaking it
Simple questions like:
- Are there different Firmware flavors?
- If this is the case, what is the recommend or most used?
- Best procedure to update firmware?

My requirements are very simple:
- Be able to rewind the live channel (timeshift for 30 mimutes)
- Record a second channel and play the recorded program while recording.
- Use it as my XBMC client.

I know there are MANY other options but let´s keep it simple for now...
I downloaded the ipad app but was unable to move forward on the recording
Probably I am doing something wrong...
Too much info on this great forum to read without directions
