hi new here tryied doing a update now box just says starting wornt load or anything and carnt find software to correct it please help
 
When you say update what do you mean?What image did you have on your box to start with?If you haven't backed up your settings you'll have to re flash your box if it has froze and has become unresponsive.Don't worry it's easy to do once you've done it a few times and there's always someone on here to help
