Higher Symbol Rate Channels not scanning

I remember the time when i first time bought vu+ UNO and it was not scanning higher symbol rate channels on Asiasat 100.5 and VU+ provided upgrade to resolve the issue

I am facing the same problem in my new VU+ SE V1 receiver which is not tuning following TP,s which has 44995 symbol rate while the TP which has 30000 SR has no issue

below are the screenshots to have the issue understand

Team please provide solution ,Very annoyed that same issue is not tested before launching the product in market

the same issue is also present in dou2 but vu+ not not supporting on this issue
