Hi all, earlier I did a scan of 13deg and as it reached 99% done the scan stopped and the screen went green and the stb did a restart. I tried to scan again and the same happened. So I scanned another sat and that scasnned ok. I then scanned 13 again but it went green again. When it restarts it is on 13 but not on the normal services page but on the new page. Any help would be greatfull. Thanks
This board is now closed. The Blackhole image ended in 2020.

hotbird scan green screen problems

Flash is full maybe ?
Which part of the crash log do you want and how can I make it stay on long enough to read it all
How do I enpty the flash and why should other sat scans be ok but not hotbird

You can get a crash log in / hdd in image/box
I also think it's possibly that you have full flash .
And you can make him clean it you erase what you do not use .
Of course you can re-install image.
You can clean with
blue>>blue>>BH speed UP panel
disable not used image parts
you can clean with green>>yellow>addons uninstall Panel
