How add HEVC Codec ?????

I get A black screen with sound ,cant play this mkv ?
Detail:
Format : HEVC
Codec ID : V_MPEGH/ISO/HEVC
Writing library : x265 1.4+285-1924c460d130:[Windows][GCC 4.8.1][64 bit]

i'm use this image:
Black Hole Vu+ Solo2 2.1.6.1 Fast IPTV

Why don´t you convert on a PC -- Instead a plugin to convert on your STB.

MKV with H264 can be enough
