How can I enable the "Include ECM in http streams" option?

How can I enable the "Include ECM in http streams" option?
I can't find it in Menu > Setup > System > Customize > expert
or in the openwebif > settings > customize

Be careful, ECMs are related to encrypted channels decoding.

That is fine I didn't ask how to encrypt channels I just like to know how to enable that feature?

BTW ECMs are used to decrypt channels (not to encrypt).

You can't because it is not supported in the classic BH image (or VTi for that matter).
