How can I restore the original BH boot image?

My BH boot image that was installed by default changed to another BH image by itself (I think). How can I restore the original BH boot image?

I was trying a lot of images these days (but always coming back to BH). Maybe that was the cause.
I fixed it by re-installing a clean image and importing settings.
