I have not dreambox edit and windows
I have mobile android

I think there is no such tool for android mobile devices.
Of course you can download vhannibal settings that´s match your system from the addons feeds.

I use apk application Es file explorer and send all of file in etc/enigma2 folder
except satellite.xml i send it etc/tubox
But doesnt work for me
