Is there a way to tell if my Duo is genuine or a clone. I have the box it came in and it has all the serial number and other numbers on it. Can anyone help me.

1) - If your STB has a seal that recommends to upgrade itś firmware from an determinate Web page ( other than vuplus official webpage, probably it's a clone.
2) - Check the firmware version you have installed in it ... MENU / INFORMATION / ABOUT.
3) - Post here photos from your STB.
4) - Post here too ... the complete STB Model name.
