How delete not used images (open multiboot)

Hello every one
How delete my Not used Images and their information into Multiboot set up??
I guess: on Multiboot screen just "DELETE" the select imagen.. Correct?
I just want to make sure is everything is erased after deleted....Because when I put New imagen in Multiboot set up the process to load New imagen is long (1-4 minutes).. But when is deleted is just 1-2 seconds

This is normal ... and all will be erased.
