How do you set up to stream from PC to Ultimo

Just as it says really. If it is posible instructions in laymens/simple terms would be appreciated as completely new to this kind of thing.
 
Well that was no help at all thanks. Thats for streaming from ultimo to pc if I'm not mistaken. Still even more confused. We are not all software boffins. Can people not talk plainly?
