How to add ***** lines to Vu+Zero

Hello Everyone:
Hope that you will help me. I am new to Vu+Zero wish somebody will show me where to go to add ***** lines on the box.
I added the blackhole 2.1.4 . Should I do so to add the ***** lines? or is it better to restore to the factory settings ? If I need to restore to factory settings what should I do then ?
