How to backup BH Image on Vu+ Uno

Go in the menu, and you have first and second options : full backup or personal backup.

You have 2 choices!
1st is the Full Back Up, and as Jockey said , this will make Backup of the full BH Image!
As follow:-
Menu >BalackHole Full backup>OK> here you to choose a path to store the Full BKup,,,,,,,/media/HDD...or..../media/usb/ ,,,,,Red (backup)!
(do not use the same usb that is used for swap file or picon..etc,,,,insert a new one)!
2nd is the personal backup, a wonderful tool, in here U can back up most of the BH image such as channel settings,boot logo, plugin,,and many more stuff, but no skins!
Then when you want to install a new release of BH image,,,,just go to the personal back up and choose what ever U like to restore or not (YES Or No from the list)!
As follow:-
Menu >BH Personal Bkup >set up (choose a path)>>Save>>> backup!
And,
Menu >BH Personal Bkup >restore!
Have Fun with BHImages!

No,,its not Ok to Have all in one USB, the STB will try reboot from USB and start the Full Back up as new new image!!
I would choose the HDD for Backups!

Ok, that might explain a few things.
When i received the Ultimo, it had picons and cross epg on the USB stick... everything worked great.
I made a Full BackUp so i could go back to it, if the worst happened.
I think since then, on every Reboot, on the Vu+ VDU screen, the option to update firmware is shown, but then soon passes, and the uinit seems to just boot fine from flash.
Is all of the above correct?
If i should use a separate USB stick for BackUp and Restores, can 2 USB stick be loaded at one time?
Is that what others do? (outside BackingUp to HDD that is)
I've also read, you can BackUp to USB stick, that has Picons and cross epg, but then remove the backup and copy it into a another stick (one JUST used for BackUp and Restore)
Would that method also work?
I'd also like to the Plugin "Meo" and i see that wants to format your USB stick....
Seems like a lot of these things do not co-habitate that well
