How to backup the BlackHole-1.7.4.0 on internal HD.

Staff would like to know how to perform a full backup of my settings (channel, plugins, Camd's and others) on the internal HD of Vu + and what the format of this backup (. Bin. NFI) and how do to install again this backup the Vu +.
If you have a topic explaining this please let me suggest that this already great.

The backup format will be in .ZIP format!
U can change to .NFI,,,but I have no information!
