how to change aspect ratio

hi I have vu solo2 does any one no how to change the aspect ratio for uploaded or streamed movies as they are stretched to fit screen. I have been into av settings and tried changing all that's available but does nothing. thanks kevin.

Try to use the Aspect Ratio Plug-in, from BH add-on menu.
