Request How to create fullbackup of BH 1.6.6 of Vu+Duo motorized

I would like create fullbackuo of my Vu+duo with BH 1.6.6 and store it on my PC and USB with possibility to restore it after upgading box with some newer version of BH Image.
Try to find some help on Google but nothing usefull.
This version have only Menu/Personal backuo - no fullbackup.
Any help is appreciated.
 
If you want to restore the personal setting in a new version then Personal Backup is what you need, not Full Backup.
 
personal backup will backup everything you need EXCEPT skin which may not work from old image to new.

Yes best way is have backup from 2-3 version before this image whot you can flash now to your box becouse new version image have big number change and fix .
