You have to change each channel manually (yellow button then select the other audio track and press ok).
Or if you go into menu/setup/system/av settings and select AC3 default, then that should sort it for 90% of channels for you.
If that still doesn't work well enough for what you want.
Reflash your box with Black Pole and use the intergrated Auto Language option
