I'd say the better way is to use automatic scanning this position and use autobouquet plugin from this thread:

Just check it out I think it's worth it. This plugin will automatically update your sky channels (and more providers) if any changes will be found.
Plugin is still under development and been posted by forum friend (thanks going to @pheonix).
You can use pre-made channel list, as posted by @kaktus but I'm not sure you can find one which you'll be happy with.
