You Can only hide parts from Menu, system and setup
in Menu>>System>>Customize Setup Mode change >>Simple
and SAVE

It's a good tips but i prefer to choose what to block or hide. You know, if i want the scan function working but not the plugin install function. It would be better if it's possible to hide or block(ask a password) to a function in the menu.
For now i use Fabrizio432's great tips.
