How to install TS Panel on VU+ Solo 4K?

I have flashed my box with Black Hole by unzipping this file:
openbh-0.6-vusolo4k-20160627_usb_release_dfa51a6.zip

And box flashed successfully.

However, when I tried to install TS Panel (enigma2-plugin-extensions-tspanel_7.5_mipsel.ipk). FTP the file to the tmp folder on VU+ Solo 4K and then:

1. Pressed the Green button to open Black Hole Green Panel.
2. Addons
3. Manual install Ipk packages
4. Found the file in tmp
5. Installed and box asked to be restarted, but the TS Panel plugin is not listed.

I want to install Cam-BlackHole from TS Panel.

Also, before flashing the box (BH), there used to be an option to go to XBMC. This is no longer in the list of plugins and I can't see KODI.

I'm completely newbie and would appreciate some help.

On this forum, there is no support for emulators/cams and plugins with links to emulators.
