How to make card slots in Solo2 working under Black-Hole?

Hello everyone!
Does anyone know how to make card slots in Solo2 working under Black-Hole-3? There are pair of these in Solo2 under the PCMCIA CAM slot. I have an official CanalSat (France) card (Viaccess), it was working with cccamd on Enigma2 image, but Enigma is not (so far?) supporting CI+ module with HTB+ subscription, so I tried Black-Hole and it works! But now I lost CSat :( Is there any ******* module to be used with Black Hole?
Any help would be appreciated!
