How to restore epg.dat

Hello

I accidently transferred by ftp the epg.dat file from the media/usb folder to the pc.

I thought it would be easy send it back the same way, but apparently not. Now recordings do not show in the vu+ onscreen menu.

Is there any way of restoring the epg.dat file back where it should be? I notice there is a 'force epg reload on boot' option in the cross epg setup menu, will this be of any use?
