Actually there is no need to backup and restore universes. Most of us build our universes on a USB flash memory and all plugins and setting is on the flash. The problem is that when we want to change the universe after upgrade, the existing universe is not compatible with the new BH image version and we have to recreate the whole universe.
The new image should be able to upgrade the the old universe and keep the plugins and skins and etc. Due to limited space on internal flash, creating universes is a must and rebuilding them on every upgrade is very painful.
Well, the BH team is a wonderful team and all of us thank them for their great and non profitable work and this is just a suggestion, not a request.
