how to set up second hand VU+ DUO

I've just bought a second hand VU+ DUO that has been used for Dutch satelite programs. I want to use it for UK Freesat en SKY (via *****). I am completely new to this stuff so have no idea yet what to do. Do I reset the box to factory defaults and start from there? How do I get the UK/Sky channel list to replace the Dutch channels? How do I get the EPG working?
Lot of questions and lots to do. Who's going to point me in the right direction. I thought I could just find a "how to" on the forum but have failed so far.

Try going into the tuner menu and changing it to simple, Astra 2, 28.2E, and then manually scan in the freesat channels you want to view.
