How to setup a single frequency 10600 LNB

Hi there
I have a problem in adding my old LNB which is not a universal LNB. It's a single 10600 LNB
In all other receivers I just switch LNB type from UNIVERSAL to 10600 and the channels are working...
In Vu+ Duo 4K I failed to get it work at all...
I changed the LNB type to (user defined) and then i wrote 10600 in LOF/L and LOF/H and in the Threshold also..
But it's not working at all...
If you please can help me...i'll be so thankful to all of you...

What model and type is exactly your LNB?
In the customization, what did you choose in the field "Tone mode"? Band is only for Universal.
 
screenshot (1).png I don't know the model exactly... it was distributed by the service provider of the network...
But in other receivers i just chose SINGLE LNB 10600 and it works fine.

About the settings... i just tried to msnage...but i'm sure about all the settings...
 
1) what image are you using? It's not one of ours, I suppose.
2) what you may still try is only "Voltage mode" and Tone mode.
