Well, I just looked about this question all around but never figured it how can I put my Solo2 to show signal strength in dB instead of % level! Is that possible??
Another thing: also I wasnt able to put the bitrate from a channel (video and audio) appearing. Is that normal too?
Unfortunately I dont have any Android device, so I have to try the Sherlock plugin. Just one more question, anyone knows if Sherlock dB values for Vu+ new devices is right? I have an idea how we can calculate the dB from signal %, but since signal % varies from one model to another, I dont know if can be right!
Nobody from BH Team knows about this for Vu+ Solo2 (if isnt present in drivers, etc..)?
PS- This plugin will work over the current skin that I use? I mean, if will show dB and bitrate levels (since I dont have just these two now) on my standard infobar or I have to to go another place?
Well, since nobody reply this, I can report what I tested.
With this plugin (Sherlock) isnt possible to get the signal strength in dB using a Vu+ Solo2. It's a shame, since any cheap receiver can tell us the signal strength in dB, but there's worst things than this.
What I know by my experience, VU+ does not show signal in dB. It is not possible because the tuner does not send this info.
The only way is to convert the % to dB but the number is very indicative. All the BH skins are with %.
Anyway I am also interested to view the Signal in dB like other receivers.

Yea, you are right. But if you follow my thinking, it's easy to see that isnt 100% reliable to do that math with %, since signal strengh with a Vu+ is always different than a Dbox or other brand
Anyway, it give us another idea of course
And about audio and video bitrate?? I dont have that info too... is that normal?
