How to Skip Placeholders

Hi All,
I have learnt a lot from reading through many of these posts .............. I am unable to find a solution to Skip place holders
ANy help here greatly appriciated

in this case channel 8 is the place holder ............. the place holders maintain the correct channel numbering. When I am on Channel 7 and Channel up I would like to go directly to channel 9 ( skipping channel 8 .... the placeholder )

Appreciate your replies, unfortunately still no joy ............. Vu+ toolbox only really has dreambox edit inside which I am already using and the Autobouquets thread doesent have anything to suit AU .......... I have been able to build with DBE all my required channel lists with correct channel numbering ................ I just cant get it to skip the blank Channels
