How to transfer files from flash to usb hard disk?

Hey guys, I have a vu+uno with the newest image and I want to know how to transfer files, like tv programs I've recorded, to my hard disk via usb? I don't know how, that's why I'm asking you. Plz answer if you know. TY a lot.

You can use a ftp program.
Give it your box ip, user and passwd.
