How upgrade from 0.1 to 0.4 version

Helllo .. Thanks for the new version but How I upgrade my system?
Using Open Black hole 0.1 version with Multiboot set up with a lot imagen's and XBMC (gotham) into .xbmc
one usb stick 16 GB partitioned 2 parts (8 Gb multiboot/ 8GB XBMC)

What is the best way for upgrade and not erase everything?

You can not upgrade, you either reflash the box or put OBH 0.4 into multiboot

what about the XBMC? Isengard 15.1 will replace Gotham 13.1 after installation and the first launch into OBH 0.4.?.
or..
OBH 0.1 keep Gotham
and OBH 0.4 keep Isengard

We can do anything (like put XBMC isengard into .XBMC) before first launch?

If you leave OBH 0.1 in flash, nothing will change in that image, so it will still run 13.2 Gotham.

OBH 0.4 will run 15.2 Isengard.

The 2 images are very different and can not be mixed.
