HQ HD skins for BH 2.1.5

I had a quick look last night at the 4 HQ HD 1920x1080 Skins for my duo2 using BH 2.1.5. Any tricks before I download the one I want (had a quick preview) Yeah the white one with black lettering will do. Do i just download and that's it or is there anything else I have to do after I download the Skin I want.

Downloaded MX_HQ5 BH 2.1.5 (format 1920x1080) installed it (checked, its in Addons uninstall panel) after that I checked Setup/System/A/V settings and set it at 1080p Is that all I need to do. Hard to see how sharp the skin is due to me watching it on a 100 inch projector. Smaller TV would be easier to notice the difference
