i can not install

Hi

Iam a first time user of vu+ and black hole. I want to install either ts panel or ******* but i can not succeed. I put ipk files of ts panel and sofctam, then insert my usb stick in the vu reciver. a windows pops up and i procced to install, it says that installation is finished but i cant see any installed fiels. please any help will be great, as iam starting to be fed up with it. I use bh 2.0.9
