i cant change channel up or down in iptv

plzz help >>> in another image vti or open pli change channel is normal like sat list >>but in blackhole image no change up or down >>>i need help in this problem>>thxxx
 
thx dear >but my problem only in ch iptv> not in sat ch (when change ch i used list to change its not easy way ) this problen only in blackhole .
 
What i did was to add my iptv channels to my favorites bouquets, like this i can use the normal way to change between channels (so i don't use the plugin)
