I cant connect Vucc by lee hudson

2 questions?
1) I have followed the instructions of VUCC (by lee hudson) to load my satellite list to my Vu+Solo SE but I cant connect I have This message:
"Access violation at address 0052B206 in module VUCC.exe read of address 00000000"

2) Can I load my satellite list by USB . How I can load into my receiver?
Can I load any stuff (plugins ) into my receiver thru USB and Not use any VUCC or DCC programs ?
